Request Account Deletion

We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your DoWell account and associated data, please follow the procedure below.

Warning: this action is permanent

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including your profile information, workout history, subscriptions and gym check-ins. This action cannot be undone.

Enter your email address and ask for a verification code.

You will receive an email with a verification code to confirm your account deletion.

Data Deletion & Retention

Data that will be permanently deleted:

  • Personal profile information (name, email, phone number)
  • Workout history and progress data
  • Subscription history and payment details
  • Gym check-ins and class bookings
  • Saved preferences and settings

Data that may be retained:

  • Transaction records for financial reporting (retained for 7 years as required by law)
  • Anonymized usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you

How it works

  1. Enter your email address and ask for a verification code.
  2. Look for the 6-digit code in your inbox — it is valid for 30 minutes.
  3. Enter the code to confirm the deletion.
  4. Your account is permanently deleted within 24 hours.
